Customer Service Representative at Filmstaden

Do you enjoy service and have an interest in film? Filmstaden is now looking for a full-time customer service representative for the period from January to May, focusing on customer support in an industry where the film experience is at the center.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Filmstaden is now seeking a full-time customer service representative during the period from January until the end of May. Filmstaden strives for every guest to love going to the movies, and with your help, guests can have an extra great experience. As a customer service representative, you are the face of the company and an important part of creating a first-class customer experience. In this role, you will handle various customer inquiries through different channels and work closely with an engaged team focused on quality and customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you have excellent communication skills and are skilled at building trusting relationships. You are solution-oriented, service-minded, and enjoy helping customers in a professional and positive manner.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide information and support regarding Filmstaden's products and services.
  • Contribute to improving the customer experience.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has completed high school education.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Is comfortable working on the phone and having many customer contacts.
  • Has experience in customer service or a similar service profession.
  • Has good computer skills.
